UR Beauty & Barber Academy is located at 3670 US Highway 27 North, Sebring, FL 33870, and occupies approximately 6,858 square feet. Upon entering through the main double doors, guests are welcomed at the reception desk. Adjacent to this area is a comfortable waiting area and dryer station to the right, with nail stations and shampoo bowls situated to the left. Moving further inside, the main area provides access to the conference room, while the clinic floor extends to the left. Beyond the clinic floor, a hallway leads to the student break room, which is equipped with tables, chairs, and amenities including restrooms, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Continuing down the hallway is a classroom. On the right side of the building, additional instructional and clinic spaces are located, including a clinic floor with nail stations, a hallway with a restroom, a clinic room with an adjoining restroom, three administrative offices, four clinic rooms, a second restroom, another classroom toward the rear of the building, and a designated staff break area.
